What it the best karate exercise for upper and lower body?

I would like to know whats the best karate exercise because i wanna loose some calories and i want to get slimmer |||Speed Kata training 3 times a day 10 min per session.


Try that it works!!|||Do your kata several times in a row without taking a break. You%26#039;ll burn plenty of calories. According to my Bodybug, I burn 4-5 calories a minute doing kata with some intensity. That%26#039;s about half of running, but a lot easier on the joints.
