How to clean a karate suit?

The heavyweight cotton suit was washed with a deep red article and has gone pink. How do I get it back to white before my son kills me?|||* RIT Color Remover - removes or reduces fabric color before dyeing to a different or lighter color.

* Also safely removes most stains on whites that have accidentally been washed with colored items.

Good Luck!|||Bleach it. Cotton Gie%26#039;s stand up well to heavy bleaching and you should be able to get the dye out if you allow it to soak in bleach water for awhile|||do NOT soak it in bleach. This%26#039;ll make the gi fall apart.

Use a detergent that has bleach in it, wash it with some blue garments (try green, even [green cancels out red]), and add some baking soda.

Even if the dye doesn%26#039;t come out, it should be fine. If your son freaks out, just tell him it%26#039;s part of training. He should be able to sweat/rub it off after a few sessions.
