I Really Want To Be In The Karate Olympics, But I Don%26#039;t Know How To Get In.|||It sounds like your goal may be to become a member of the U.S. Karate team.

In order to participate in the Taekwondo event, however, you must go through your national TKD Governing body. The list of those bodies is available on the wtf website.
