Would it be a fair fight between someone who is a trained wrestler and someone who is trained at karate?

I am trained in kung-fu and karate I really don%26#039;t think it would be a fair fight between me and anyone who isn%26#039;t trained in martial arts. Martial arts and kick boxing are considered blood sports where as wrestling is entertainment. |||MMA trained Ken Shamrock fought WWE%26#039;s Steve Blackman at the WWE Fully Loaded pay per view in 1999 in an MMA style cage match. For sure it was very enetertaining and well worked and was a fairly balanced matchup between them.Shamrock got the win over Blackman with a kendo stick shot.|||9 times out of 10, a good wrestler would beat a good karate guy in a fight. because it will be way too hard for a guy who is just trained in karate/kung fu, to stop a wrestler from taking him to the ground. the wrestler would then postion the karate guy on the ground where he would be unable to strike effectively while the wrestler can perform %26quot;ground and pound.%26quot; And don%26#039;t respond that a wrestler could not take you to the ground. They can do it easily and quickly. Most wrestlers can%26#039;t stop another wrestler from taking them down and thats while they are just focused on the person taking them down. wrestlers takedowns are very fast and come from many different angles. You may get a punch in while he takes you down, but very unlikely it will be a knockout blow. So its more likely you are at a disadvantage than the wrestler|||By wrestler if you%26#039;re talking about WWE then no it wouldn%26#039;t be a fair fight. The wrestler will lose 9 out of 10 times. But a real wrestler, college wrestler or olympic wrestler, will take you down and beat you on the ground. Google up, Dan Severn, he was a pure greco roman wrestler that dominated other strikers in the early days of UFC.|||es it is called mma mixed martial arts. u ever watch ufc
