I just started Kenpo, and I find the names of techniques and forms fly by really fast during class! I%26#039;d like to practice at home so I was hoping for a great (and free) website that describes karate stances, katas, and techniques.|||That last answer is great - try a search engine like Google.com or Yahoo.com using the word Kenpo and also try Ed Parker who was the modern founder of this style (Jeff Speakman the actor is also a highly regarded trainer in this style) - and try answers.com which is a great free encyclopedia and history datbase that will give you many answers - try this link and you will get alot of information:
http://www.answers.com/kenpo+karata?gwp=...|||You could also try using youtube. They have katas, bo forms, stances, and techniques. A big problem i%26#039;ve found is people going slow enough to grasp on and the techniques are often labeled differently dependong on the practitioner. Report Abuse
